Ultraform – Terms of Use

Ultraform will not sell, share, or pass your personal or contact information to third parties without first directly asking your permission, except as described in our Privacy Policy or where required by law.

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download or use one copy of the materials (information, examples, or software features) on Ultraform for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as allowed within the Services;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or any public display (commercial or non‑commercial) outside of the Ultraform platform;
• Attempt to decompile, extract, or reverse engineer any part of Ultraform’s software;
• Remove any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ultraform at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded or exported materials in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

The materials and features on Ultraform are provided "as is". Ultraform makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement of intellectual property.

Ultraform does not warrant or make representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated outputs, prompts, analyses, or related materials. You are responsible for how you apply, share, or reuse any outputs generated through the Services, including compliance with applicable laws and third‑party rights.

In no event shall Ultraform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ultraform, even if Ultraform or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5.1 Subscription & Billing

• You may be asked to provide valid payment information at signup.
• Your payment method may be charged when you start a subscription or purchase paid features.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled.

5.2 Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund (see Refunds).

5.3 Refunds

Ultraform offers limited refunds as follows:

• (Monthly plans) You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Subsequent monthly payments are non‑refundable.
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5.4 Exceptions

• No prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.
• Refunds are limited to the most recent qualifying payment (first month).
• Accounts abusing the refund policy may be ineligible for future refunds.

5.5 How to Request a Refund

• Log in to your Ultraform account and cancel your subscription.
• Contact our team at info@ultraform.com with your account email and reason.
• We will confirm eligibility and process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Materials on Ultraform may include technical, typographical, or content errors. Ultraform does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current and may make changes to the materials at any time without notice. Ultraform does not commit to updating such materials.

Ultraform has not reviewed all of the sites linked to or referenced from the Services and is not responsible for the content of any such linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Ultraform. Use of any such linked site is at the user's own risk.

Ultraform may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. By using the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the then‑current version of the Terms.

Any claim relating to Ultraform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms apply to your use of Ultraform and its related services, including the Agent Directory/Gallery and any generated outputs. Additional terms may apply to specific features (for example, API terms, workspace admin policies, or data processing addenda). If a conflict arises between these Terms and specific feature terms, the latter will control for that feature.
